BKBM Family Law joins Governor Deal in honoring Fulton County Superior Court Judiciary

The Family Law section of BKBM (Charles Medlin, Marilyn Kapaun, Erin Stone, Christina Gulas, Winfield Pollidore, Alan Meincke and Caitlyn Hood) joined Governor Nathan Deal in honoring the Fulton County Superior Court judiciary on November 6, 2017. Governor Deal stated that he practiced law for 23 years but not in Family Law and said that he honors those who help families with issues of monumental importance. Governor Deal is currently working on an adoption bill he hopes to have passed to replace Georgia's antiquated adoption laws, a concern especially since there are so many foster children needing adoption. He closed saying, "If you have a good heart, good things happen."
