Jae Yeon Jeong (“Jae”) joined Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin as a summer associate and now is an attorney in the firm’s family law and litigation group. His practice focuses mainly on family law, civil litigation, and insurance defense.
Prior to joining the firm, Jae served in the Korean military for two years as an interpreter and was immersed with various operations. After his military service, he was an interpreter in the private sector before deciding to attend law school. Jae aims to bring sympathy and professionalism into his practice with all of his clients.
Jae graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan in 2015, where he assisted researchers gathering information on international criminal acts and alerting the proper authorities. Jae received his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law, where he was the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion editor for the Emory International Law Review.
Outside of work, Jae enjoys working out at the gym, running, and spending time with friends.
