John Mark Montgomery joined Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin in 2024 as an associate in the firm’s civil litigation group. His practice focuses mainly on insurance defense, coverage litigation, and transportation.

John Mark graduated cum laude with a certificate in Legal Studies from the University of Georgia in 2021, where he was a member of the Supply Chain Advisory Board. In 2024, he graduated with honors from the Georgia State University College of Law. At Georgia State, he was the President of the Business and Law Society, won the 2023 Georgia Intrastate Moot Court Competition, and was inducted into the Order of Barristers.

In his free time John Mark enjoys golfing, playing trivia around Atlanta, and visiting Athens to cheer on the Bulldogs.
