Richard Glenn joined the firm in 2023 as an associate with the firm’s North Carolina office. His practice is focused on civil litigation. Richard graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and political science. He then attended Elon University School of Law and graduated in 2019. He was a member of the Elon Law Moot Court Board and the Business law society.
Born and raised in Iowa, Richard enjoys utilizing a direct Midwest approach to problem solving and strives to learn as much as he can about his clients and their respective professions to better provide comprehensive legal support. He is comfortable in the courtroom and focuses his practice on a broad array of civil matters including insurance defense, contract disputes, estate litigation, business litigation, and construction litigation. He is also experienced in business formation, contract drafting and negotiation, and assisting North Carolina business owners with a variety of non-litigation legal issues.
