On May 16, Bovis Kyle partner David Harris took the attorney’s oath and became a member of the South Carolina bar. Already admitted in North Carolina and Georgia, David took the bar exam and satisfied the several other requirements to become licensed in South Carolina as well. Now he will be able to leverage the firm’s location in Charleston as well as its staffed office in Greensboro, NC to provide representation to our surety clients in three jurisdictions.
