Bovis, Kyle, Burch and Medlin, LLC is pleased to announce that 7 of our attorneys were recognized as Super Lawyers for 2013.   They are: John V. "Jack" Burch, Steven J. Kyle, James E. Singer, Gregory R. Veal, Timothy J. Burson, Gregory T. Presmanes and Erin S. Stone.  In addition, Erin S. Stone has honored as one of the top 50 female Super Lawyers attorneys in the state of Georgia for 2013.   Congratulations to Erin for being recognized as one of the 'best of the best" practicing law in Georgia.  Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.  The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.  

Three additional attorneys were bestowed the honor of Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2013.  Benjamin A. Leonard, Adam C. Grafton and Hastings H. Clayton were all honored with this recognition.  To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, an attorney must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.  While up to five percent of the lawyers in the state of Georgia are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.
