Bovis Kyle Workers' Compensation attorneys host ACA seminar on ethics and professionalism

On November 7, 2013, Hastings Johnston, Ben Copeland, and Meghan Clevenstine, three members of the Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin Workers’ Compensation team hosted a seminar on ethics and professionalism for Workers’ Compensation and General Liability adjusters at Villa Christina in Atlanta, Georgia on behalf of the Atlanta Claims Association (ACA). This seminar addressed several topics pertinent to claims adjusters, including ethical obligations, discovery issues, negotiations, conflicts of interest, payment and provision of medical and indemnity benefits, and other relevant topics. The team received positive feedback as a result of this successful presentation.
