Ethical Negotiations: How Far is too Far?
By April 24, 2017 News/Events/Seminars
Our partner, Gregory Presmanes, and our law clerk, Phil Kuck, wrote an article which will be published in the American Bar Journal's Tort, Trial and Insurance Practice Journal in August 2017, entitled "Ethical Negotiations: How Far is too Far?" Greg Presmanes presented the paper at the midwinter 2017 Worker's Compensation conference in Phoenix, Arizona.
The paper focuses on what an attorney may or may not do in reference to information produced during negotiations and the consequences that could arise from ill-advised action. Eloquently written, the text is interspersed with a plentiful array of both case examples and law references. The article will be sure to act as an excellent quick-reference guide while laying out an overview of the issues at hand. All in all, it is a shining example of the thorough and exceptional work that sets the attorneys of Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin, LLC apart.
